The disco ball was made for a competition run by The Grand Social a venue and club who were looking for disco balls to be displayed permanently. The brief was to make a Disco Ball to diffuse light around a room and the size was to range between 10x 10 cm to 30 cm x 30cm. The disco ball is inspired by African and Venetian masks. It is made from paper masks, CDs and mirror.
